Group Training is designed to help you move better and become healthier than ever. Whether your goal is weightloss, injury rehabilitation or simply a great workout, we will cater for your needs with individual specific programmes. This is a fun and interactive way to socialise and exercise with like minded individuals. Class times:
Monday 6-7pm Wednesday 6-7pm Saturday 9-10am.The cost per class will be £6 and booking is essential. To book, PM us on Facebook. This is open for both members and non-members!
