Group Training
We are proud to announce the new Adult Performance Training groups to our list of options. Our adult programs are tailored specifically to the needs of the adult training client. Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation or to simply get a great workout, we can cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

Adult Group training: £6 per session Training Times: Monday 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 6pm – 7pm Saturday 9am – 1pm |
